Sales Development Representative (Remote)
A fast-growing SaaS company in the HR Tech space is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and engage potential customers through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify customer needs.
Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and support pipeline growth.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or sales roles.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools is a plus.
